1. Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing any Finova Core LLC / “Tasty Derivatives” service (the “Services”), you enter into a binding contract with Finova Core LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Educational-Only Nature & Required Trading Disclaimer

The Services provide general educational content only and do not constitute investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading futures, options, or currencies involves substantial risk; you should trade only with risk capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Intellectual Property

All course videos, slide decks, indicators, and other materials are © Finova Core LLC 2025.
We grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal educational use. You may not share, resell, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

4. Payment & Refund Basics

Fees are listed at tastyderivatives.com/pricing. Except where required by consumer-protection law, all payments are non-refundable unless we cancel a service you have already paid for.

5. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is.” Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Atlanta, Georgia, administered by the American Arbitration Association.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here at least 30 days before taking effect.
