Tasty Derivatives does not execute trades, hold orders, or act as a broker; all materials are for educational purposes only. This Disclaimer does not disclose all risks associated with trading in futures, options, or currencies.

1. General Risk Disclosure

Trading futures, options, and foreign exchange (“FX”) involves substantial risk and is not suitable for all investors. Leveraged products can magnify both gains and losses; you could lose more than your initial investment. No Actual Trading: Simulated results do not reflect real-world order execution.
No Market Impact: They do not account for liquidity constraints, order delays, or execution speeds.
Retroactive Bias: Created with the benefit of hindsight using historical data that may not predict future conditions.
Commissions & Fees: Simulated returns often assume zero commissions and perfect fills; actual trading usually incurs brokerage commissions, exchange fees, and possible slippage that will reduce returns.
