Finova Core LLC (d/b/a “Tasty Derivatives”) (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides online trading-education services from the State of Georgia, USA.

2. Information We Collect & Why

Identifiers (name, email, postal address, IP address) – to create your account, deliver services, and comply with law.
Payment Information (tokenized card or ACH details) – to process transactions and meet tax/record-keeping duties.
Communications & Content (messages, recordings you choose to share) – to provide coaching sessions and community features.
Usage Data (log files, device/browser data) – to secure our sites, prevent fraud, and improve performance.

3. How We Use Your Information

Account data & recordings: for as long as you have an active account or as needed to resolve disputes
Back-ups & logs: ≤ 12 months, unless required for security or legal claims

7. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CPRA): right to know, delete, correct, and limit use of sensitive information; opt-out of sale/share (we do not sell/share).
EU/UK Residents (GDPR): right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability; lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We use TLS encryption in transit, tokenized payment processing, and role-based access controls to safeguard personal data.

9. Children

Our services are intended for users 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.
